6月12日はフィリピンの「独立記念日」でした。フィリピン出身の先生方や保護者の方を招き、校内でフィリピンの国歌や民族舞踊のバンブーダンス、童謡などを教えてくれ、一緒に楽しみながら祝いました。これらの活動を通して、園児達が異なる国の文化を体験し理解してくれることを願います。

On Tuesday, 12th June was the ‘National Day of Philippines’, some of our teachers and students are from Philippines. Therefore, our school invited the Filipino parents and teachers to celebrate the day through singing Philippines’ National Anthem, Filipino songs and Tinikling dance.

2018年5月26日(土曜日)に“全香港幼稚園マンダリンスピーチコンテスト”が行われ本校は団体の部に出場し堂々の準優勝と最優秀シナリオ賞に輝き、またLBamの徐子璐さんが個人の部、中級（K2）クラスに出場し3位の成績を受賞しました。素晴らしい功績を収めてくれました。　

We would like to congratulate our students, who had won the group overall 1st Runner-up and best screenplay award, as well as LBam Xu Chi Luk who achieved excellent results and 2nd runner up at the Individual events of Hong Kong Kindergarten Mandarin Competition.

2018年5月14日（月曜日）～5月17日（木曜日）に本園でEnglish Weekの活動があり、「四季」について学びました。英語の先生により、園内ホールで四季を感じられるように飾りつけをして、先生たちによるショーや、親子でのゲームや工作より園児たちにできるだけ英語の学習に入りこめる環境整えました。楽しい雰囲気の元で、園児たちに英語を聴いたり話したりする楽しさを感じてもらい、そこから自信へと繋がるように助長できればと思います。

The English Week at Catiline Kindergarten．International Preschool (Whampoa) took place in school from Monday, 14th May to Thursday, 17th May 2018. Teachers created a fun and an enjoyable environment for the children to learn English such as drama, games, music, rhymes, and artwork etc., whilst increasing their self-confidence.

本校於2018年5月14日(星期一)至5月17日(星期四)舉行英文週活動。外籍教師透過環境佈置、話劇、遊戲、音樂及美藝等多元化活動，讓兒童盡情投入英語學習中，從而協助孩子建立自信心，享受聽說英語的樂趣，讓孩子在愉快的氣氛下學習英文。

3月2日に子供たちと小正月のイベント（ゲームや団子を召し上がるなど）を行いました。子供たちは食べることだけではなく、お団子の作り体験まで挑戦できました。

School held the lantern riddle event for celebrating the Chinese Lantern Festival on 2nd March 2018, students not only ate the sweet rice dumpling also tried to make it.

2018年3月19日（月）、校外で行われました大会 「第70回全港対抗英文音楽フェスティバル」に当園園児が参加し、Grade Aという大変優秀な成績を収めました。おめでとうございます。

We would like to congratulate the student – Emma Chong achieved 2nd Runner up in the “70th Hong Kong Schools Music Festival Competition – Grade one piano” on Wednesday, 14th March 2018; Our K2 and K3 students who have participated in the “70th Hong Kong Schools Music Festival Competition - Kindergarten Music Activities –
Singing in English” on Monday, 19th March 2018 and achieved an excellent result of Grade A. Congratulations!

明日(３月２日）、小正月のお祝いをします。子供達はチャイニーズ衣装もしくはカジュアル服の着用となり、スクールバッグで登園してください。

School will celebrate the Lantern festival tomorrow,2nd March 2018. Students can dress up in traditional Chinese costume or causal wear and bring their school bag to school.

本園將於明天（３月２日）舉行元宵活動, 孩子可自由穿著中國傳統服裝或便服及帶書包回校。

また、子供達にしっかり防寒対策し、保護者もお身体に気を付けて下さい。

The weather will remain cold tomorrow, students can wear the sports uniform if necessary.
Also, please make sure your children are dressed appropriately for these cold days. Parents please take care in this cold weather!

明天天氣將會繼續寒冷，學生可以穿運動服上學。
另外，請為孩子穿著足夠的保暖衣物，各位家長也要保重身體啊!
