🌀 Depression is more common than we think — and still surrounded by silence.

HKUST students Amisha Rai (Year 3, SENG) and Natalie Cheung (Year 3, SSCI) sat down with Dr. Amanda Friday, Counselling Psychologist, for an honest conversation about what depression actually feels like, why stigma stops so many people from reaching out, and how we can truly support friends and loved ones going through it.

No one has to face this alone. Support is closer than you think. 👐🏻

This conversation shines a light on UN Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3): Good Health and Well-being 💚

💙 Show care: learn how to support a friend, and share with those who need a little lift.

Through conversations with students and everyday shoppers, they uncover the challenges of overcrowded pickup points, excessive packaging, and the need for more mindful consumption.

♻️ This story highlights UN Sustainable Development Goal 12 (SDG 12): Responsible Consumption and Production.
