It was my honour to be invited to address global participants of the ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) on the ‘Negotiation Skills for Leaders’. Discussing the skillset and mindset required to be a “win-win” negotiator with a group of highly intelligent and motivated learners was a pleasure. A huge shout out to for organising this.

Become a Points of You Explorer
Our reality is created by a very limited perspective. We take action based on our reality and obviously our results are predicated on our reality. We can be more successful by becoming flexible and gaining a different perspective. This will help us to communicate more effectively, build better relationships and work from a position of self-awareness.

"Hello Points" is an innovative and highly experiential one-day workshop. The objectives are:
* to use photos to look at ourselves and the world around us with a different perspective
* experience a unique form of communication and dialogue
* develop greater self-awareness

COVID19 has certainly made this a very interesting period in our lives. The number of changes that we have had to make has made VUCA a reality for all of us.
As leaders, we have to re-think our world view and our beliefs about what works and what doesn't. We have to make rapid changes to how we communicate and gain the commitment of our teams, our customers and our stakeholders. Aside from that, the bigger need of the day for a lot of us is to look within - to find new sources of energy and emotional resilience.
has a variety of tools that help leaders with all the above, while making it fun. Great for both 1:1 as well as a .

“Change is the only constant”, goes an old saying. Change is defined as “an act or process through which something becomes different”.

2020 certainly has been a poster for change. Since the start of this year, so much has happened that life as we know it has changed. This change has not been slow either. It has been fast and has made our world even more VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous).

Studies show that when human beings go through rapid change, it impacts the emotions and the cycle that one goes through is called ‘emotional cycle of change’. Learning how to manage this is a key life skill.

In partnership with HKIB (Hong Kong Institute of Bankers), we will be running an online programme on 'Managing the Emotional Impact of Change'.

Points of View: if there is one thing humans are not short of, it is opinions, aka points of view. We have a point of view (or sometimes multiple points of view) on every topic. What we don't realise is that these opinions are formed with very limited information. We only have - at best - a 170 degree view of our world. Our reality is based on this 170 degrees. That is a narrow perspective, isn't it? If we wish to increase that perspective, we need to shift, find a new angle. Maybe even step into another person's shoes to see what they are seeing.

One brilliant way of doing this is to employ the technique of phototherapy. We have been using the tools of Points of You TRIBE "The Coaching Game", "Punctum" and "Faces" to facilitate this movement and to help people increase their perspective.

We all have multiple points of views, all of them valid. We tend to create our stories based on these points of views and our stories become our reality. The only problem with this is: our points of views are based on a very limited perspective. Very often, we do not change our perspective and end up living inside a box.
tools help us to step outside that box, to view the world from different perspectives and to retell our stories, so we can achieve more.
