K1小朋友於22/6到訪香港動植物公園，展開「陸龜」專題研習學習，透過觀察與提問，探索牠們的外形特徵，例如堅硬的龜殼、粗壯的四肢及適合爬行的身形，也了解陸龜的生活習性，知道牠們通常偏好安靜乾燥的環境，行動緩慢但善於在合適的地面活動。過程中，導師引導小朋友比較資料、記錄所見，並從觀察中建立對動物保育的關注。活動讓小朋友把課堂知識連結到真實自然，收穫滿滿。🐢🥰💖

On 22/6, K1 students visited the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens to launch their thematic study on "Tortoises". Through observation and inquiry, they explored the physical characteristics of tortoises, such as their hard shells, sturdy limbs, and bodies adapted for crawling. The children also learned about the living habits of tortoises, discovering that they generally prefer quiet, dry environments, and that they move slowly but are skilled at navigating suitable terrain. During the activity, instructors guided the children to compare information, record their findings, and develop an awareness of animal conservation through their observations. This experience allowed the children to connect classroom knowledge with the real natural world, making it a highly rewarding visit.🐢🥰💖

K2、K3的幼兒在12/6走進科學館，展開一段充滿驚奇的探索之旅。他們透過「光與影」的活動，觀察手影變化、了解光如何照亮物體，並用不同角度做出有趣的效果，激發好奇心。接著，幼兒也認識颱風的基本概念，例如天氣的差異與環境的重要性，學習以友善方式保護地球。最後，他們觀看了波波派對的劇場，探討如何令氣球飛起？為甚麼彈彈波會彈起來？為甚麼肥皂泡是圓的？這示範以幼兒日常生活中常見的氣球、各種球類及肥皂泡等，介紹各種有趣的科學現象。❤️⭐️😍

K2 and K3 children visited the Science Museum on 12/6 and began an exciting journey full of wonder. Through the “Light and Shadow” activities, they observed how their hand shadows changed, learned how light illuminates objects, and tried different angles to create fun effects that sparked their curiosity. Next, the children were introduced to the basic concept of typhoons, including how weather can vary and why it is important to protect the environment. Finally, they watched the “Bobo Party” theatre show and explored exciting questions such as: How can balloons float? Why do bouncy waves bounce up? And why are soap bubbles round? The show used familiar items from children’s everyday lives—such as balloons, different kinds of balls, and soap bubbles—to introduce many interesting scientific phenomena.�⭐️😍❤️

K3幼兒於9/6參觀了東華三院李賜豪小學，展開一趟精彩的校園體驗之旅。當天，小朋友在校方安排下參觀課室及校園設施，了解小學的上課流程與日常校園生活，並透過簡單互動活動，親身感受求學的樂趣。過程中，孩子們好奇地提問、認真聆聽，亦勇於參與，從中建立對小學階段的憧憬與自信。這次參觀不但讓他們更早適應新環境，也讓他們明白努力學習、遵守規則和與同學友愛相處的重要。相信這份體驗會成為他們向前邁進的動力，期待下一步成長。

On June 9th, our K3 students visited TWGHs Li Chi Ho Primary School, embarking on an exciting journey of campus discovery. During the visit, the school arranged for the children to tour the classrooms and campus facilities, helping them understand the daily routines and school life of primary students. Through simple interactive activities, they experienced firsthand the joy of learning. Throughout the process, the children asked questions curiously, listened attentively, and participated enthusiastically, building both anticipation and confidence for their upcoming primary school years. This visit not only helps them adapt to a new environment ahead of time but also highlights the importance of studying hard, following rules, and getting along well with peers. We believe this experience will motivate them to keep moving forward as they take their next steps toward growth.

家長和幼兒在18/6一同參加校內粵劇欣賞活動，現場氣氛溫馨又充滿童趣。精彩的唱腔與動人的舞台表情，讓大家沉浸在中華文化的魅力之中；其中一位表演者倩衡老師更以專業的演出帶來驚喜，博得陣陣掌聲。活動後，家長與幼兒在校長的帶領下，走進包粽子的體驗區，親手捲起粽葉、填入內餡、仔細綁上紐結，每個步驟都充滿學習與合作的喜悅。看著自己完成的粽子，孩子們笑得燦爛，也感受到端午節背後的傳統與祝福。最後祝大家端午節快樂！🐉🚣🏻‍♀️🍙
On June 18th, parents and toddlers gathered to enjoy an on-campus Cantonese Opera appreciation event, where the atmosphere was filled with warmth and childlike wonder. The spectacular vocals and expressive stage performances captivated everyone, immersing them in the charm of Chinese culture. One of the performers, Ms. Ng, brought an extra delightful surprise with her professional performance, earning bursts of applause. Following the performance, led by the Principal, parents and children headed to the rice dumpling making workshop. Together, they rolled up bamboo leaves, filled them with ingredients, and carefully tied the knots—each step brimming with the joy of learning and collaboration. Looking at their handmade rice dumplings, the children beamed with bright smiles, experiencing the traditions and blessings behind the Dragon Boat Festival. Lastly, we wish everyone a Happy Dragon Boat Festival!🐉🚣🏻‍♀️🍙

配合主題「我想養小狗」，K2幼兒到金魚街認識不同物種，包括金魚、青蛙、各類爬蟲類與倉鼠。活動中，幼兒透過實際觀察與比較，認識動物的外形特徵與基本生活環境，例如金魚需水中生活、青蛙需陸地與水域、爬蟲類與倉鼠在照顧上有不同需求。幼兒也在與動物互動的過程中學習尊重與愛護，不隨意觸碰或傷害牠們，並建立「想養需要先懂照顧」的觀念。最後，幼兒一同商討購買魔鬼蟹，理解飼養前要了解牠的需求、照顧方法與安全規範，並承諾會好好照顧牠們🦀✨🫶🏻

In line with the theme "I Want to Raise a Puppy," our K2 students visited Goldfish Street to learn about various species, including goldfish, frogs, different reptiles, and hamsters. Through direct observation and comparison, the children learned about the physical characteristics and basic habitats of these animals—for instance, how goldfish live in water, frogs require both land and water, and reptiles and hamsters have distinct care needs. During their interactions, the children learned the importance of respecting and protecting animals, understanding they should not touch or harm them impulsively. They also established the vital concept that "to keep a pet, one must first learn how to care for it."To conclude the trip, the students collectively discussed the purchase of vampire crabs. They learned that before bringing them home, they must understand their specific needs, care methods, and safety guidelines, and they promised to take good care of them. 🦀✨🫶🏻

N-K3的小朋友在8/6懷着興奮的心情出發到海洋公園進行戶外學習！在班老師及英文科主任的帶領下，小朋友展開了一場精彩的動物探索之旅。他們近距離觀察了圓滾滾的企鵝在雪地上擺步、海獅在水中躍動，還看見了色彩斑斕的熱帶魚。觀察過後，小朋友認真地完成工作紙。透過簡單的連線、塗色和貼紙遊戲，他們不僅能辨認出不同動物的外形特徵，更學會了要愛護大自然和珍惜海洋生物。這次活動讓課本知識變得立體，孩子們都收穫滿滿，過了一個充實又快樂的學習日！🐧🦭🎢🎡

N-K3 chldren set off for Ocean Park on June 8 with excited hearts to take part in outdoor learning! With their class teacher and the Head of the NET teacher the way, the children embarked on a wonderful animal exploration journey. They had close-up opportunities to observe the waddling penguins walking across the snowy ground, the playful sea lions jumping and swimming in the water, and they even saw colorful tropical fish. After their observations, the children carefully completed the worksheets. Through simple matching, coloring, and sticker activities, they not only learned to recognize different animals’ distinctive features, but also developed the understanding that we should care for nature and cherish marine life. This activity brought the knowledge from their textbooks to life. The children all gained a lot from the day—ending with a fun and fulfilling learning experience!🐧🦭🎢🎡
