What is the difference between give and send?

Send does not involve any face to face meeting, you could send a message/email or even a parcel. Give is when you meet someone face to face. Giving a gift or a surprise.

Do you know the difference between chair and seat? When do we use them?

Chair can be moved. The object you sit on at home or in the restaurant is most probably a chair whereas seats are not mobile. When you go to the cinema or take the bus, you are sitting on a seat.
