The energy was high, the enthusiasm to learn was incredible! Participants traveled from across the globe including Canada, USA, Taiwan, Thailand, China, Macau and of course Hong Kong!

This past weekend (March 14 & 15, 2026), we had an absolute squad of legends roll through the Animal Flow Level 1 course, and let’s just say—the ground felt their presence.

Under the sharp watchful eye of Master Instructor Shin Ng, these students didn’t just learn the moves; they became the moves.
Shoutout to Master Instructor Shin Ng for guiding the pack with that perfect mix of precision, patience, and “one more rep” energy. 🙌

To the graduates: You crushed it. You moved with intention, supported each other, and officially joined the global pride of Animal Flow instructors. The floor will never be the same.

Get READY to FLOW! Lead Global Master Instructor - Richard Scrivener will be heading back to Hong Kong leading the Animal Flow Level 2 workshop.

The date is April 18 & 19, 2026 with both days being from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Open to anyone who has taken the Level 1 workshop, this week-long Animal Flow immersion is your opportunity to train directly with me and our Master Instructor Team, pushing your practice further than ever before. You’ll dive into science-based lectures, movement sessions, intensive Flow practice, epic adventures, and unforgettable community connections—all designed to elevate your skills and transform your understanding of the Animal Flow system. Mentorships are designed for all levels, from brand new L1 students to highly advanced practitioners.

We’re excited to be returning to the beautiful Komune Resort in Keramas Bali. The health and fitness compound is located on a black sand beach with its stunning views, amazing staff, and world class facilities. Komune is one of our favorite venues for Animal Flow! Between Flow sessions, you’ll have ample opportunity to eat delicious food, book time in the spa, and check out the brand new Recovery Center. You’ll leave feeling energized, refreshed, and maybe a little exhausted.
