[IGCSE Past Paper 操練 | May/June exam exclusive]

如你小朋友將於今年 May/June 應考 IGCSE/GCSE，但校內 past paper 操練不足、速度未夠、或失分位重複出現，歡迎聯絡安排past paper 操練，短時間提升分數。(英國學生請提供應考exam board)

課堂適合：
❗️已完成大部分課程，但成績不穩定
❗️欠缺操卷，時間管理弱
❗️常見失分：步驟分失分或不完整、Physics解釋題不合marking要求
❗️想改善A/A*題型、或部分較弱topics

課堂重點：
✔️以 past paper 為核心，針對常見題目
✔️考試技巧訓練，包括答題結構、key words、步驟分
✔️針對弱項，解釋題目背後concept，避免重複失分

［學校沒有跟學生操練I/GCSE試卷該怎麼辦？］

不少家長向我提及，學校在公開試前，很少/從不安排試卷操練，或只做一兩次mock exam，令學生臨近考試仍不熟悉題型及評分要求。

部分本地/英國國際學校著重自主學習，較少操練試卷，但考試始終是分數遊戲，須透過past paper熟習考試模式及常見題型。如果學生之前沒有做過past paper，可能到考試當日才知道會遇到甚麼題目。

本人為學生提供考試主導(exam-oriented)的課堂，只教授對考試有幫助的內容；如即將考試，會以試卷操練為主，彌補學校較少涉獵到的範圍。如有需要，歡迎與本人聯絡。

[What If your School Doesn’t Focus On I/GCSE Exam Practice?]

Recently many parents have requested a few extra sessions for paper practice before public exams, because their children’s schools either never, or very rarely, do exam paper drilling.

While international schools emphasise independent learning, exam-style questions are sometimes not covered in sufficient depth during lessons. Yet exams are ultimately about marks, and it is essential to be familiar with the exam format and common question types. If students have never worked through past papers, they may only discover what the exam is like on the actual day.

I offer exam-oriented classes, focusing only on content and techniques that are directly helpful for exams, addressing the areas that schools often overlook. If you are interested, please feel free to contact me.

［需要提早完成您小朋友的IGCSE課程嗎？］

近年有不少家庭都選擇移民，家長經常問小朋友可否提早完成IGCSE課程，或Year 9/10可否私下報考IGCSE。IGCSE本來是給Year 11的學生報考，升讀英國Year 12學校，但其實任何年齡的學生都可報考。

本人於2020年，為Year 8學生，於9個月內完成IGCSE數學、物理、純數課程，並於2021年1月，三科皆考獲滿分9/9。他現在以17歲之齡，成功入讀University of Birmingham。

本人亦於2023年11月，於7個月內協助中四學生完成IGCSE數學及物理，並於2024年6月，兩科分別考獲9/9及8/9。
