What an amazing morning! Lucky me was able to attend the brilliant workshop by Rawthentic Food - Priscilla Soligo and Guest Feature Elaina Love! A wealth of information on raw and living foods plus the most delicious recipes to take home ranging from Asian Dumplings to Olive Basil Pesto Cultured 'Cheese' with Rosemary Bread ~ All raw vegan..Priscilla and Elaina are at the top of their game, extremely talented and very much appreciated!

Looking for an easy yet healthy inspiration for lunch or dinner on this Sunday? Try this, it's delicious! ;)

1 garlic clove chopped fine
1/2 red onion chopped fine
Large handful of chopped kale and Chinese cabbage

Lightly cook the above for only a couple minutes with a little coconut oil starting with the onion and garlic first, then add in the sauce below:

Tamari (to taste)
Water (to taste)
1 teaspoon of coconut palm sugar

Mix in well until the palm sugar is dissolved, throw into pot to sauté the above ingredients

Then combine all with the Quinoa and add some chopped cucumber and cherry tomatoes

Here in Hong Kong we are now in Spring...but at the moment, it's far from the sun shining, plants blooming and birds singing! It seems we are going through constant rain, pollution....and a flu season that just doesn't want to end!

It's bad enough when we as adults keep coming down with a re-occurring dose of the flu, so when our little ones are sick it can mean many hours of sniffles, coughs and sleepless nights :(

Hi Everyone! Firstly my apologies for not having posted anything for a while! Things have been a tad busy as last month we were very blessed to welcome our 2nd beautiful daughter into the world! Hopefully won't be too long before I'm back in a routine and posting again!
