體能活動對幼兒的成長尤其重要，不只是強身健體，更是幼兒各方面的發展工具。Regis 配備了Sensory room，是一個讓孩子滿足運動需求，發展肌肉的最佳場所。

Sensory Room 嚴格遵守環境安全的基本原則，確保設施防墮、防跌、防夾、防撞。而每次的探索活動，都有足夠教師陪同，讓孩子可以盡情遊玩，按照他們的年齡需求發展感官﹐促進學習能力。陪同在旁的家長，也可以通過互動鞏固親子關係，與孩子一起探索！

Physical activitiy is crucial for child development. Not only does it build strength, it supports the learning of other skills. Regis is equipped with a unique Sensory Room where children can develop their muscles and meet their exercise needs.

The Sensory Room adhers stricly to safety regulations and is designed to prevent accidents such as falling, tripping, running into things and being caught between objects. Every session is supervised by a suitable number of teachers so that the children can focus on playing at an age-appropriate level, and develop their senses and learning capabilities. Accompanying parents can also join in the activities and build a stronger relationship with their children!

Childhood is the best time to develop receptive and expressive skills — as such, exposing their senses to experiences is the best way for children to learn.

Through immersive "Move Along to the Music!” sing-alongs, Regis invites children to interact with their environment through listening and move their body to the rhythem! With fun and engaging music, we improve the children’s memory and give their mental and physical development a boost!
