The Joint-University Business Dinner 2017 is jointly organized by business students’ associations from 9 local universities, which are Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU), City University of Hong Kong (CITYU), The University of Hong Kong (HKU) ,The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), Lingnan University (LU), The Open University of Hong Kong (OUHK), The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU),
Hong Kong Shue Yan University (HKSYU) and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Over the previous years, the Joint-University Business Dinner has been greatly supported by celebrities and successful entrepreneurs from different business industries. Coming to its twelfth year, our theme is ‘Imaginarium for Preeminence’. Being a place devoted to the imagination is what this year's JUBD aspires to be. The dinner sets its heart on allowing the students unfamiliar with their career-orientation to foster interest and deeper understanding towards the diverse business world. Only by endowing the students with this opportunity to talk to experienced businessmen, could they break through the frame to think big and discern the possibilities they have yet to see. We, the organizing committee, hope that the dinner could serve as the key which encourage the students to embark on their journey in pursuing preeminence and career excellence.
