[Junior Leadership Camp]
We are proud to announce the successful conclusion of our ECA Leadership Camp, held from 22nd to 24th January at the HKFYG Jockey Club Sai Kung Outdoor Training Camp. In partnership with the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG), this immersive three-day, two-night program was designed for our S2 and S3 students. The camp aimed to provide an experiential learning journey outside the classroom, preparing our students to become confident and compassionate leaders of tomorrow.
Throughout the camp, students participated in a variety of challenging activities designed to foster teamwork, resilience, and leadership skills. The itinerary included rock climbing and abseiling, night orienteering, team-building games, a catapult building workshop and school-led leadership sessions. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated instructors from the HKFYG for their expert guidance and supervision. We would also like to commend our students for their enthusiastic participation and the remarkable growth they demonstrated. It was inspiring to see them step out of their comfort zones, collaborate with their peers and develop new skills.
Congratulations to all the participants for completing the camp. We look forward to seeing you apply your learnings and continue to grow as leaders in SJC.
