我在山西廣播電視臺交通廣播節目中心的實習體驗

「去年夏天，我參加了『晉港青年匯 • 山西機遇行』內地實習計劃，前往山西廣播電視臺交通廣播節目中心，開展為期一個月的新媒體編輯實習。實習期間，我深入參與新媒體的新聞內容製作，逐步掌握以年輕化的網路形式傳遞新聞資訊的技巧。在實習工作之餘，週末並隨團走訪山西厚重的歷史古跡與壯麗的自然景觀，賦予我觀察與表達的新維度。

這次實習讓我收穫了短視頻、新聞製作、新媒體與融媒體營運的扎實技能。未來，我定當以更開闊的視野、更真誠的表達，努力成為兩地文化交流與時代故事的敘述者。」

🌟This year, we’re proud to collaborate with YMCA of Hong Kong on a new 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞.

💡The YMCAHK x HKSYU 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 aims to empower our aspiring student interns from diverse academic disciplines through experiential learning—integrating internship, volunteer service, reflection, and skills development.🫶🏽

The programme kicked off with an event held at the YMCAHK headquarters in February. The student interns and IAO team enjoyed fun mini-games, a goal-setting session, and a creative toy upcycling workshop conducted by . Everyone had a fantastic time learning, sharing, and connecting! 🎯🎨

✨ A big shout-out to our psychology student, Rebecca, who drew a beautiful signage for the occasion that perfectly captured the spirit of service and teamwork! 🙌

Meet Queenie Lee, a 2025 Psychology graduate, who interned at a Montessori nursey school in Barcelona last summer.

💬 “My internship in Barcelona was an immensely rewarding and transformative experience. It gave me invaluable, hands-on insight into early childhood education in a well-regarded Montessori setting. The biggest lesson I took away was the importance of approaching childhood education from a respectful and observant perspective.

This experience strengthened my passion for education and equipped me with practical skills, a respectful pedagogical approach, and a global perspective that I’ll carry into my future career. 💬“My internship in Barcelona deepened my understanding of my major and illuminated my career aspirations. As a foreigner with beginner-level Spanish, I was warmly welcomed by supportive colleagues and my boss, who patiently guided me through workplace dynamics and cultural nuances.

I planned Instagram posts and created trendy reels. I also learned to analyse audience data using Meta Business Suite to optimise content. Crafting marketing content in Spanish and English improved my language skills, while contributing to press releases strengthened my strategic communication abilities. These tasks boosted my confidence and exposed me to dynamic industry practices.
