【掌舵數碼旅遊新浪潮！THEi 高科院「數碼旅遊及酒店業管理理學碩士」啟動禮圓滿舉行 🏨✨】

校長劉建德教授、酒店餐飲及工商管理學系系主任崔希玲博士率領師生團隊親臨出席，同場更特別邀請到華住集團校企合作高級經理張瑋先生擔任主講嘉賓，為學員分享行業前瞻洞察與期許。

啟動禮現場亦設有多個學校的即席諮詢服務，為新一屆學員提供全方位的學習支援！

這不僅是旅遊及酒店業管理教育的新篇章，更是推動香港與大灣區旅遊產業升級的全新里程碑🚀！

【Shaping the Future of Smart Hospitality: Launch of THEi’s MSc in Digital Tourism & Hotel Management】

Digital transformation is reshaping global tourism! THEi is proud to officially launch our MSc in Digital Tourism and Hotel Management to cultivate next-generation tech-savvy hospitality leaders🏨💻.

THEi hosted the Launch Ceremony today (18 Sep)🎉! Our President, Prof Alan LAU Kin-tak, and Head of the Department of Hospitality and Business Management, Dr Celine CUI Xiling, led department members and students at the event.

We were also privileged to host Mr ZHANG Wei, Senior Manager of Corporate University Partnerships at Huazhu Group, as our Keynote Speaker to share valuable industry insights🤝.

On-site advisory services were also provided by various institutional departments to offer comprehensive academic support to our incoming cohort!

This marks not only an exciting new chapter for hospitality management education, but also a major milestone in driving tourism industry upgrades across Hong Kong and the GBA🚀!

THEi 高科院歡迎行政長官於今日發表的《香港第一個五年規劃》及新一份《施政報告》。當中涵蓋多部份包括北部都會區大學城發展、創新科技、區域合作、文體旅協同發展等多項未來香港前瞻性的發展目標。

作為香港高等教育院校及應用科學大學聯盟其中一員，THEi高科院一直採取多項措施支持政府施政目標，推動應科教育及留學香港，打造香港成為國際高端人才集聚高地。

✅對接「十五五」規劃，支持北都大學城發展
✅拓展「一帶一路」網絡推動國際化發展
✅踐行「雙碳」目標應用科研成果助建智慧城市

The Chief Executive announced today the "Hong Kong's First Five-Year Plan" and a new "2026 Policy Address ". These documents cover various aspects including the development of the Northern Metropolis University Town, innovation and technology, regional cooperation, and the coordinated development of culture, sports, and tourism, among many forward-looking development goals for the future of Hong Kong.

As part of the Higher Education Institutions in Hong Kong and Alliance of Universities of Applied Sciences, THEi has consistently taken various measures to support the government's policy objectives, promote applied science education, attract students to study in Hong Kong, and transform Hong Kong into an international hub for high-calibre talents.

THEi has been invited by the HKSAR Government to create a team badge symbolising the significance of “Hong Kong’s First Five-Year Plan”. For the second consecutive year, THEi has designed the ties and scarves collection for the Chief Executive, Mr John LEE Ka-chiu, and his team to wear during the delivery of the “2026 Policy Address.” ✨.

Created by our Fashion Design programme team, the design highlighted THEi’s remarkable practice-oriented education achievements, but also strongly attests to the professional skills of its students in delivering high-quality, challenging, top-level projects💫.

由電影藝術及科技課程兼職講師—黃浩然導演共同執導的最新電影《廚師發辦》，於今日（8月31日）圓滿舉行《廚師發辦》師生放映會🍽！當天院校管理層，以及數碼創新及科技學系、酒店餐飲及工商管理學系的師生均到場熱烈支持，全場座無虛席、氣氛高漲！

最令人感到驕傲的是，電影藝術及科技課程的首屆畢業生張恩翹、鄧港進及黃霆鋒。他們親身參與了這部電影的後期製作與宣傳工作，展現薪火相傳的精神。

【THEi Special Presentation "The Dating Menu" Teachers & Students Screening】

Director Amos WONG, Part-time Lecturer for THEi’s Cinematic Arts and Technology programme to celebrate the release of his new film, The Dating Menu, with a special screening on August 31🍽!

The screening was warmly received by THEi senior management, as well as academic staff and students from the Department of Digital Innovation & Technology and the Department of Hospitality & Business Management.

Pioneer graduates of the Cinematic Arts and Technology programme—Thomas CHEUNG, Terry TANG, and Tony WONG—who directly contributed to the film’s post-production and promotion.
