Great session last week at SMK Dirgahayu, powerfully facilitated by Ms Kina from our GEA Team, as we continue expanding our projects across borders. The momentum is real. Every project we run internationally shows how far our impact has grown and how many more communities we can reach together.
As we scale up our international footprint, we are excited to keep building a strong, committed team of future managers who are ready to facilitate even more cross‑border projects. If you have the drive, the discipline, and the calling to grow with us, this is your moment to step forward and be part of something bigger.
Shaping leaders, strengthening teams, and expanding our GEA projects across the region and beyond! Let’s keep moving forward and upward together!

Great momentum in Hong Kong as we gear up for our next MICE Hospitality event. Both our managers and managers‑in‑training delivered strong commitment today working through their proposals, refining details, and presenting confidently as we align every moving part. Planning sets the foundation, but true excellence is proven in ex*****on, especially when the pressure rises on event day. Stay sharp, stay united, and trust the standards you’ve built.
A heartfelt thank‑you to our GEA Family in Hong Kong for the warm wishes extended to our Managing Director, Mr James. Your support strengthens our One GEA spirit and fuels the drive behind every successful event. Keep moving forward and upward together!

Great session today in Hong Kong on the role of Financial Management in the workplace. As managers, our real strength lies in making smart decisions that balance cost with the customer experience. Protecting the business while elevating the moments that matter.
Every choice we make, from portioning to procurement to service flow, reflects our leadership mindset. When we think with clarity, discipline, and intention, we don’t just manage costs, we shape a customer experience that is sustainable, memorable, and uniquely ours.
And of course, no workday at GEA Institute is ever complete without a shared meal and the company of highly motivated teammates. These moments remind us that leadership is not only about numbers, it’s about people, culture, and the energy we bring to the table every day. Keep moving forward and upward together!

Wonderful session on accounting principles with our current and future managers in Hong Kong at the new facility! The discussions became even more grounded, connecting financial concepts directly to the realities of Hong Kong operations and the decisions you face every day.
What we build together goes beyond numbers. It’s the mindset of being accountable, being aware, and making choices that strengthen both our teams and our business. That’s what sets great managers apart in a fast-moving city like Hong Kong.
And of course, as always, no GEA workday is complete without good food, great company, and desserts! These small rituals remind us why we work hard together and why this team continues to grow stronger with every session.
