Who is our instructor ?
Ling first met yoga in Vancouver in 2009 during her college years, the mindful yet challenging practice brought her peace and positivity in daily life, and finally turned into career.
Ling started teaching in Hong Kong and China since 2012. She accomplished 200 hours and 300 hours yoga teacher training, physiology and anatomy yoga, pre and postnatal yoga, and yin yoga. Ling is also a certified Pilates teacher as she found out the combination of Yoga and Pilates that creates the amazing harmony of flexibility, strength, balance, stamina, and concentration.
Ling particularly loves to collaborate traditional yoga method with different yoga styles in her classes, also emphasis on alignment, breathing, and body mind consciousness. She likes to practice Hatha yoga in a dynamic and beautiful way, transition to challenging poses with ease and grace, encourages students to flow with the breath, and brings students to a meditative state. Her classes allow students to experience the fluidity in body, unite body and mind to the present moment, enjoy peace and natural happiness.

Yes from now on, my yoga practice will become OURS. I think she is happy when I move her and stretch her around, because most of the discomfort gone every time I stretch, and practicing is the happiest time in the period. I feel I’m so tiny, like what I look in the photo, because my body and emotions are beyond my control, because the change of hormones and so much stuff has been going on inside me. So, Eat well and keep active are the best ways to deal with all these 😊 Peaceful Mom Peaceful Baby

幸福是一個時間只做一件事。我喜歡閉上眼睛練習,只用觸覺隨心練,好像這個時間空間只剩下我的肉身和呼吸。閉上眼我感到每一組肌肉的收縮和放鬆,每一次空氣的交換,用觸覺尋找準線,減少用眼睛去衡量外在看似很對的準則。享受專心的快樂。
