中國香港運動禁藥管制機構（前身為香港運動禁藥委員會）於2008年成立，是香港的地區運動禁藥管制組織，並為「世界運動禁藥法規」的簽約組織，負責在香港執行運動禁藥管制計劃，宣揚體育精神及促進公平競賽。
本機構主要的工作有兩大方面：教育及藥物檢測。在教育方面，本機構透過講座、工作坊及外展計劃等向運動員及運動支援人員提供實用的運動禁藥管制資訊；亦會向學生、體育愛好者及公眾人士提倡公平競賽的重要性，培養大眾對體育道德的正確價值觀。
此外，本機構的藥物檢測計劃包括成立藥檢名單，向運動員進行無預告的賽外及賽內藥物檢測，以及執行結果管理。
The Anti-Doping Organization of Hong Kong, China Limited (ADOHK) (formerly known as the Hong Kong Anti-Doping Committee) was established in 2008. As a National Anti-Doping Organization in Hong Kong and a signatory of the “World Anti-Doping Code”, ADOHK is responsible for the implementation of the anti-doping programme in Hong Kong and the promotion of fair play in sport. Through anti-doping education talks, workshops and outreach programmes, ADOHK disseminates the useful anti-doping information to athletes and athlete support; and fosters key sport ethics by advocating the important message of fair play to students, sport enthusiasts and the general public. ADOHK’s testing programme involves setting up of the testing pools, carrying out in-competition and out-of-competition and results management.
