As one of JLC’s core mission to enhance public awareness of the dire situation faced by refugee communities in Hong Kong, JLC visited Refugee Union to understand the lack of protection, well-being and hardships of seeking asylum in Hong Kong. Refugee Union is the only registered refugee-led society in Hong Kong, with 1000+ members from 30 countries. Previously collaborated to run Cantonese tutoring lessons for refugee children, we hope to improve the protection and well0being of refugees in need.
