About / 簡介:
參加者將由榕樹凹文化大使帶領，走訪榕樹凹自然文化徑，認識其歷史脈絡與文化。文化徑串連16個導覽點，涵蓋自然景觀、傳統建築及民間習俗，帶領參加者一步步走進這條歷史悠久的客家村落。漫步其間，可見榕樹盤根錯節、纏繞古屋的獨特景觀，亦能細味昔日鄉村生活與祭祀文化的點滴，並窺探過往軍旅活動的痕跡。此外，行程亦會介紹由多方協作推動的村落復育工作，展現鄉村復育的努力。

Participants will be guided by the Yung Shue Au Cultural Ambassadors along the Yung Shue Au Eco-Cultural Trail, gaining an understanding of its historical development and cultural heritage. The trail connects 16 interpretation points, covering natural landscapes, traditional architecture, and local customs, leading participants step by step into this historic Hakka village.
As they walk along the trail, participants will encounter the distinctive sight of banyan trees with intertwining roots enveloping old village houses, while also learning about past rural life and ritual practices, as well as glimpsing traces of former military activities. In addition, the tour will introduce the village revitalisation efforts driven by multi-party collaboration, showcasing ongoing initiatives in rural regeneration.

中大建築學院將與沙頭角公共圖書館合辦「榕樹凹文化導賞 及 沙頭角公共圖書館分享活動」。參加者將先由榕樹凹文化大使帶領走訪榕樹凹，認識其當地文化與歷史景點。其後前往沙頭角公共圖書館，由助理館長江晉賢先生介紹與沙頭角及榕樹凹相關的館藏書籍，從不同角度加深對兩地文化與歷史的了解。分享環節更會介紹香港公共圖書館的電子書館藏，讓參加者可隨時隨地在線上閱讀。

The CUHK School of Architecture is collaborating with the Sha Tau Kok Public Library to present the “Yung Shue Au Cultural Guided Tour and Sha Tau Kok Public Library Sharing Session.” Participants will begin with a guided tour at Yung Shue Au, led by the Yung Shue Au Cultural Ambassadors, to explore the village’s local culture and historical landmarks. The programme will then continue at the Sha Tau Kok Public Library, where Assistant Librarian Mr. Alferd Kong Chun-yin will introduce library collections related to Sha Tau Kok and Yung Shue Au, offering deeper insights into the history and culture of both areas. The sharing session will also introduce the Hong Kong Public Libraries’ e book collections, enabling participants to access online reading resources anytime and anywhere.

活動回顧｜榕樹凹文化導賞 🏡 × 「香香屋」景觀義工活動 🌿

榕樹凹文化大使為到訪的義工帶來文化導賞。透過自然文化徑，大家走進社區，認識榕樹凹的歷史與客家文化，並從村民口中聆聽鄉情故事，獲得真實的在地視角。

在 1 月 24、25、31 日及 2 月 1 日，近 120 位來自不同院校、專業團體及社會各界的義工齊聚榕樹凹村，與村民攜手投入「香香屋」周邊的綠色景觀營造。在專業導師指導和友好伙伴無止橋慈善基金的支持下，義工們合力搬石砌牆、推車運土，完成石牆修復與地台平整，讓村落環境更趨完善。

「重塑榕樹凹故事」項目透過文化導賞與社區建設並行推廣歷史與文化，促進跨界合作，為沙頭角的未來注入新的可能。

🌕✨ 榕樹凹元宵佳節｜熱鬧又溫馨的社區盛會 ✨🌕

「馬到功成迎新歲」榕樹凹元宵佳節活動於丙午年正月十五元宵節正日（2026 年 3 月 3 日）順利舉行，吸引逾 100 名參加者到場，包括榕樹凹與担水坑村民、沙頭角鄰近村落友好、香港中文大學建築學院以及榕樹凹文化大使，不少熱心鄉郊保育的公眾朋友亦專程來到現場支持。

同時，一眾長期關注鄉村復育的合作夥伴亦踴躍到賀（排名不分先後），包括無止橋 Wu Zhi Qiao慈善基金、賽馬會「環」遊八角回收及生態旅遊教育計劃、華懋集團代表，以及來自香港理工大學、香港浸會大學、鄉郊基金等院校及機構的參加者，場面熱鬧又溫馨。

節目內容相當豐富，中大「重塑榕樹凹故事」團隊向來賓分享榕樹凹自然生態文化徑及實驗性社區場地的理念與成果；榕樹凹文化大使則帶領訪客行走自然文化徑，深入了解村落的文化歷史與自然環境。舞麒麟儀式由國際溫健安龍獅體育總會演出，現場氣氛喜慶熱烈。村民亦花心思預備傳統客家佳餚，有入口即化的芋頭扣肉、齒頰留香的客家炆豬肉，加上沙頭角奶茶配傳統雞公碗暢飲，令大家一試難忘。榕樹凹文化大使的導師及計劃顧問 Anson Wong亦親臨支持，欣見文化大使計劃成果日漸成熟。十多位大使一同回到榕樹凹，在節慶中聚首一堂，為活動增添更多意義與情感。

🌕 「重塑榕樹凹故事」團隊在此祝大家馬年身體健康、馬到功成、萬事勝意！我們期待項目在大家的支持下持續推進，一步一步實現榕樹凹復村的共同願景。

[National Ecology Day] Eco-living Experience Workshop - K*k Po & Yung Shue Au
In response to National Ecology Day 2024, the School of Architecture at The Chinese University of Hong Kong will organize an Eco-living Experience Workshop, visiting Ng To and Tin Sum in K*k Po, as well as Yung Shue Au. The sites include the Ng To interdisciplinary education and research base, Lee Mansion at Tin Sum, and the Eco-cultural Trail of Yung Shue Au. The workshop will introduce the local natural landscape, architecture, and culture. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in the farm-to-table experience.
