As dedicated advocates for authentic Egyptian culture, we immensely cherish every opportunity to collaborate with cultural institutions that champion the arts. We’re honoured! Dance Nefertiti has just been awarded the "Best Award – Outstanding Leader in Cultural Authenticity"at the BDA Brand Award 2026!

This recognition celebrates our commitment to preserving authentic Egyptian & Middle Eastern folklore — bringing Egypt's national folkloric dance tradition to Hong Kong with heart, discipline, and respect for culture.

This award is specially dedicated to our beloved mentor and Artistic Director, Mr. Osama Emam, as well as the Consulate General of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Hong Kong, for their unwavering support and guidance in our shared mission to promote authentic Egyptian culture.

Heartfelt thanks to the esteemed Hong Kong Designers Association (HKDA) and all judges for this recognition, and to every dancer, teacher, and supporter who dances this journey with us.

7月23日是埃及國慶的大日子， 為慶祝埃及 74 周年國慶，埃及駐香港總領事館特於7月21日在香港故宮文化博物館舉辦埃及國慶招待會。Dance Nefertiti 極之榮幸獲埃及駐香港總領事館的信任及支持，讓我們能夠在這重要的日子一起參與這份慶典！

【Egyptian National Day Reception】

July 23 marks the grand occasion of Egypt’s National Day. To celebrate the 74th Anniversary of National Day, the Consulate General of Egypt in Hong Kong hosted a grand reception on July 21 at the Hong Kong Palace Museum. Dance Nefertiti is deeply honored to receive the trust and support of the Consulate General of Egypt in Hong Kong, allowing us to partake in this significant celebration! Dance Nefertiti was deeply honored to be trusted and supported by the Consulate General of Egypt in Hong Kong, allowing us to take part in this significant milestone!

In addition to assisting with co-organizing the reception, Dance Nefertiti extends our heartfelt gratitude to H.E. Mr. Baher Farouk Ahmed Sheweikhi, Consul General of Egypt in Hong Kong, for giving us the incredible opportunity to perform traditional Egyptian celebratory dances for the Consulate General and distinguished guests.

As a member of CID UNESCO, Dance Nefertiti remains dedicated to promoting authentic Egyptian dance and cultural arts. Once again, we express our sincere thanks to the Consulate General of Egypt for their trust.

昨日（7月15日），第36屆香港書展正式揭幕！今年書展迎來歷史性的一刻——埃及首度正式參展。

作為聯合國教科文組織國際舞蹈理事會（CID, UNESCO）在香港的唯一團體會員，Dance Nefertiti 非常榮幸獲得埃及駐香港總領事館的官方委任，代表領事館於「世界文藝廊」（展覽廳 1E-B33）設展，向公眾呈現最正統的埃及文學與文化藝術。

【HK Book Fair 2026 | Day 1 Live】

Yesterday (July 15), the 36th Hong Kong Book Fair officially opened! This year marks a historic milestone—Egypt’s first-ever official participation in the Book Fair.

As the sole institutional member of the International Dance Council (CID, UNESCO) in Hong Kong, Dance Nefertiti is deeply honored to be officially appointed by the Consulate General of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Hong Kong to represent the Consulate at the "World Arts Gallery" (Booth 1E-B33), presenting the most authentic Egyptian literature and cultural arts to the public.

This is just the beginning! Throughout the Book Fair, we have prepared 5 spectacular cultural performances and thematic sharing sessions. We will guide you through the rich dimensions of literature, history, and intangible cultural heritage, music and dance, offering an immersive experience of authentic Egyptian culture.
