Statistic is the key which empowers AI, Machine Learning and ability to predict. However, it's important not to be misled by statistics, understanding the underlying formula is crucial.

Italy, Iraq, Algeria, Argentina, Albania, Bulgaria, Panama and Morocco, all have relatively high death rates when measured in %; when death rate is measured by # of deaths, you will find China, Italy, Iran and South Korea tops the charts.

Making use of both statistical measurements helps you to infer various conclusions, which is where the intelligence comes in. We can deduce that Italy which tops both measurements indicates that a high number of infected patients die, and the number of deaths are significant!

If we make additional measurements such as taking into account total population, city density, # of days from realisation to death, etc; we will be able to deduce more intelligence.
