And the second Day of the Insider Circle training is a wrap, today we held it in Discovery Bay close to my old house, building the skills day by day among my close students is a real Joy. Mind, Body, Energy!

The Time spend in Australia has been good,as it gave me time to finish my book "THE SIX CORE ELEMENTS-the slt and history of Wing Chun, as well as create the improved program's and Curriculum for the IWKA for the next years,completely with New Educational Posters for the IWKA Academy's and schools. I am especially happy with the ROAD to BLACK BELT and BRIDGE TO MASTERY which i will introduce soon for all of our members,much more to be revealed next to that within the next 2-3 months.

Then my own research and training in the Internal Arts, which have been taking up most of my time during the last few years will also be revealed the coming year as not for nothing i have renamed the IWKA into the "INTERNAL WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE ASSOCIATION" The Sifu's i worked with and studied under during the last few years are of exceptional quality and have given me the chance to really boost up the quality of our IWKA programm's.

I have been extremely careful this time not to reveal my sources too soon as in the past it has proven to be the wrong thing to do as swarms of ex IWKA people jumped at the opportunity and went to study under the same teachers claiming to have the same sources. I will reveal a few of my teachers of the last few years around May but not all of them this time as i want people to find their OWN road and not copy mine all the time.

The sources i will reveal with 100's of photos taken of me Training and discussing the internal martial arts with Several of the top Internal Stylists in Mainland China,Singapore,Taiwan Etc over the last years will be necessary as there are some people out there that Claim to study the internal arts for weeks in China etc but never ever release any proof just copying exactly what I am saying and doing in words. While I am actually doing the hard training and research in these countries, they are reading books they ordered from Amazon and claiming to do the same thing.

As a last point i want to put forward is that with the 1700's SLT form that we are going to be focussing on more in 2015 within the IWKA we have retrieved a great piece of Ancient Chinese Knowledge ( to make the why and how much more clear, i suggest to take a look at my upcoming Book which will be released in April ) The Book will help open minded people get certain keys to really boost up their understanding of what WING CHUN KUEN really stood and can stand for in according to its Founders. A big thank you goes out to Sifu Hendrik Santo for providing lots of info and material concerning the book in the form of the 1848 Yik Kam Kuen Kuit and more as well as material on Emei 12 Zhuang which is one of Wing Chun's ancestor lineages and something that is part of my research since the last few years. I also want to thank him for the countless hours of discussions on pre 1850's Wing Chun Kuen as well as the countless hours i spend discussing WCK with Sifu Robert Chu and Sifu Jim Roselando, who are 2 other people I can really talk in depth about on WCK on several fronts, a thing unfortunately way to rare in today's WCK world, where people seem to think WCK is all about Techniques and fighting forgetting all about the Inner layers of the art which ironically in the end provide also for fighting with superior Skill

Another Big Thanks to Sifu Sunny So who through his teachings of Tang Yick Weng Chun and Friendship has provided so much support for the IWKA during the years.

there are many others to thank like of course Sifu Cheng kwong among others,but the list would be too big you all know who you are.

For 2015-2016 there are truly great things lined up for the IWKA that will set us truly apart.
Last but not least! I want to thank all my students worldwide for all their work and support in helping me spread my research and work,I thank you all from the bottom of my heart as without you all I could never have done what I did and will never be able to do what I am going to do in the future for the IWKA

HERE THE SIX CORE ELEMENTS IN ALL THEIR GLORY BEWARE THAT EVERY ONE OF THEM HAS AN INCREDIBLE DEPTH TO IT, THEY ARE THE CORNER STONES AND BASE ON WHICH EVERY CHINESE INTERNAL ART SHOULD BE BUILD ON,WITHOUT THEM IT SIMPLY CANNOT BE LABELED AS AN INTERNAL ART.

2014 has been a great year,especially for the IWKA and me personally in terms of my development as a martial artist.

Without a shadow of doubt 2014 saw the biggest jump in my martial capabilities thanks to my own rigorous training schedule and continuous study of Wing Chun it's ancestor lineages as well as intensified research and study in China and Southeast Asia into the other Chinese Internal Arts, with that being said the whole IWKA will of course benefit from that raising the bar once more.

Great things are lined up to be unveiled in 2015,i want to thank all my Students worldwide for their support and to help spread the fruits of my research and labour for without YOU all i could never have done what i did,a special thanks goes out to my staff and instructors at my main IWKA Academy's in Amsterdam,Hong Kong and Sydney and also to my friends and followers on social media,wishing you ALL a MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
