Looking for fitness classes on Lamma? Look no further, at Cyclone Performance, we aim to contribute to the local fitness community by providing circuit training styled classes, tailored to target different aspects of fitness. Our sessions are run locally to help you meet your fitness goals without the hassle of commuting to the city.

We offer three levels classes for beginners, intermediate and advance athletes. The first level is our Storm classes, focused around Stabilisation for those beginning their fitness journey.

Our Second level, is our typhoon classes, which work to develop Strength and Endurance. Whether this would be building on muscle mass to impress the ladies or finally being able to open that jar of jam for your morning toast.

And for those willing take on our biggest challenge, we offer you Hurricane. Based on developing Maximal Strength and Power using strongman training. From flipping tires to lifting kegs this is our best session for conditioning your body to produce extreme amounts of force and explosiveness.
