機構背景簡介:
國家的發展以人為本，人的發展以教育為先，而教育又以基礎教育最為重要。中國教育研究院成立於2007年。自2009年起，受北京交通大學及鐵路信號工程師學會（香港分會）重托，在國家教育部的批示下，在香港舉辦北京交通大學交通運輸工學學士學位課程，並經香港教育局法定註冊認可（註冊編號：232168），為香港鐵路有限公司培訓中級以上專業管理人員。
