💚 This year I threw my bday party road-tripping at the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem - the majestic Grand Teton and the legendary Yellowstone National Park. Guests included wild bears, bisons, elks, mooses, coyotes and many more. I collected so much dirt in my hiking shoes and countless National Geograhic moments right in front of my eyes. Getting to experience all these with has made it extra special. 😇🐻🦬🦌⛰️

A great teacher is worth the torture, despite how much I dislike the heat in hot yoga room. From HK to San Diego now, continues to spread her light (and heat) with her amazing teaching. My body is sore, but my heart is full. 💗🙏🏽

👌🏽😎 Something to brag about is that I NEVER dread coming home to my routine and work from travels. Instead every single time I feel genuinely happy to be home 🇭🇰. Post-holiday blues doesn’t exist for me. Why the dread when your job is a yoga teacher who has superb work satisfaction level 10 out of 10?!
