【Fusion Flavours Fair🎉】
On 17th June, our school was filled with irresistible aromas and joyful excitement as Primary 5 students proudly hosted our Fusion Flavours Fair.😋
After weeks of learning about Hong Kong street food and international cuisines, our young chefs brought their ideas to life through engaging cooking demonstrations🧑🏻🍳. Each group creatively combined local favourites with global influences, presenting unique fusion dishes that showcased both imagination and cultural understanding.
The enthusiasm of the students was evident throughout the event. Our junior chefs thoroughly enjoyed the cooking process, taking pride in their creations and feeling a great sense of satisfaction as they shared their dishes with others. Their confidence and teamwork truly shone😊.
One Primary 5 student shared, “I felt really proud when everyone enjoyed our dish. It was fun to create a new recipe by mixing Hong Kong and international flavours!”
Guests, teachers, and fellow students were equally impressed. The food was not only delicious but also highly creative, offering exciting new flavour combinations that delighted everyone’s taste buds. From the presentation to the taste, each dish reflected the students’ hard work and thoughtful preparation.
A Primary 3 student who attended the fair said, “The food was so yummy! I liked trying new flavours - I hope we can have this again!”
The event concluded on a high note, filled with smiles, laughter, and a wonderfully “yummy” atmosphere. It was more than just a food fair - it was a memorable celebration of learning, creativity, and community spirit.
