來自曼谷的 Aphichat Dechasophon 七年前來到演藝學院，從基礎音樂文憑一路升讀至音樂碩士課程，專修巴松管。從適應香港生活到登上不同舞台，他透過豐富的演出與交流機會不斷成長，更曾與港樂同場演奏。如今畢業在即，他正朝加入專業樂團的目標進發，並希望將音樂知識傳承給下一代。🎶🌟

Seven years ago, Aphichat Dechasophon arrived from Bangkok to begin his studies at HKAPA. Progressing from the Diploma in Music Foundations to a Master of Music degree, he has grown as a bassoonist through countless performance and exchange opportunities, including sharing the stage with the HK Phil. Aphichat is pursuing his dream of joining a professional orchestra while aspiring to inspire future musicians through teaching. 🎼🙌🏻

Passionate about the theatre from a young age, Mavis Lam enrolled in the School of Theatre and Entertainment Arts with her teachers’ encouragement, embarking on a journey to unlock the secrets of the stage. Though backstage production is demanding and filled with challenges, every effort feels worthwhile when the lights come up and she sees the audience moved by the performance. 🙌🏻❤️‍🔥

【粵藝青少年導修計劃︱Cantonese Opera Youth Programme (COYP)】

✨🎭一招一式、一唱一唸，凝聚的是學員一年來的努力與堅持

「COYP鑼鼓雛響」學期成果展演暨證書頒獎典禮早前圓滿舉行，一眾「粵藝青少年導修計劃」學員自信登場，透過基本功綜合演練及多齣粵劇折子戲，向觀眾展示過去一年豐碩的學習成果。

從課堂訓練、入台綵排到正式演出，學員不僅掌握了粵劇表演技巧，更親身體驗專業舞台製作的每一個環節，從中建立了自信、學懂了紀律及團隊合作精神，同時深刻感受到戲曲藝術的魅力。

✨🎭Every movement, every gesture, and every lyric reflects a year of dedication, perseverance, and hard work by our students.

The "COYP Gongs and Drums" Semester-end Performance and Certificate Presentation Ceremony was successfully held recently. Students of the Cantonese Opera Youth Programme (COYP) took to the stage with confidence, presenting the fruits of their year-long training through comprehensive foundational skills demonstrations and performances of selected Cantonese opera excerpts.

From classroom training and stage rehearsals to their final performances, students not only developed their Cantonese opera performance skills but also gained first-hand experience of professional stage production. Through this journey, they built confidence, learned discipline and teamwork, and developed a deeper appreciation for the artistry and cultural richness of Chinese opera.

🙏 Special thanks to Centaline Property and Ms Kong Leong Pui Yi for their sponsorships and support of the COYP. Their commitment to promoting opera education and nurturing young artistic talent has made a valuable contribution to the preservation and development of Cantonese opera culture.

原本修讀商科的武一凡，因為熱愛電影而報讀電影電視學院。從最初以為電影是浪漫的藝術創作，後來親身體會製作背後各種現實挑戰，他上了寶貴的一課。對他而言，拍電影不只是追逐夢想，更是學習擁抱現實和應對變數的修煉。💪

Driven by his passion for film, former business student Wu Yifan enrolled in the School of Film and Television. Moving beyond the romantic notion of filmmaking as pure artistic creation, he faced the real-world challenges of production and learned a profound lesson. To him, filmmaking is more than chasing a dream; it is a masterclass in embracing reality and adapting to the unexpected. 🤗

透過生動講解、精彩表演、清晰示範及充滿趣味的互動環節，參與學生積極投入各項互動活動，體驗崑曲、京劇及粵劇的藝術特⾊，氣氛熱烈。🤩
我們期望透過是次校園推廣，讓青少年近距離感受粵劇藝術的獨特魅力，加深對中華文化的認識，並培養對傳統藝術的興趣與熱情！🔥🌱

Invited by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the School of Chinese Opera visited seven primary and secondary schools in July to present the “Chinese Culture Festival 2026: Chinese Opera Festival — Chinese Opera En Route to Campus”. 📢🌟

Through engaging explanations, captivating performances, clear demonstrations, and fun interactive activities, participating students experienced the artistic features of Kunqu, Peking Opera, and Cantonese Opera through interactive activities, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere throughout the programme. 🤩

We hope this campus outreach initiative will foster a deeper appreciation of Chinese culture among young people, bring them closer to the enduring beauty of Cantonese Opera, and inspire a new generation to embrace and preserve the traditional arts. 🔥🌱

【HKAPA Info Day 2026 is coming! 香港演藝學院課程資訊日2026 即將舉行！】

Supported by the Culture, Sports & Tourism Bureau of HKSAR, The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) is the only publicly-funded tertiary institution dedicated to nurturing performing arts professionals in Hong Kong and beyond. The Academy is 10th in the 2026 QS World University Rankings for Performing Arts and 1st in Asia. We are committed to nurturing a new generation of performing artists and cultural leaders with a global impact, firmly rooted in Hong Kong’s rich East-West cultural heritage.

The Info Day 2026 will provide you with the updated information about the admission to 2027/28 undergraduate and post-secondary programmes and the latest insights on the future development of performing arts, filmmaking, creative media and technical arts with a range of activities, including guided campus tour and admission talks. A special highlight is the “Your Enquiry Matters” student sharing session about practical tips and advice on interviews and auditions.
