【社區外展Community Event 】ALL ABOUT US Film Festival 2024
🌟社區導賞 x 真人圖書館
兩場「影像無國界」灣仔社區導賞團經已完結！感謝救世軍「Hi! Strangers少數族裔生活導賞」及巴基斯坦裔青年 Harris 帶領一眾參加者遊歷灣仔區，當中包括修頓遊樂場、駱克道、駱克道街市、告士打道花園等，分享他在香港長大的故事和挑戰。導賞團結束後，大家亦一同品嚐Harris為大家準備的清新乳酪特飲Lassi，並同時在真人圖書館環節聆聽Harris分享有關灣仔愛群道清真寺的故事。
結語部分，Harris亦希望港人更主動探索及認識不同其他國家與少數族群文化，從中你或會獲得如釋重負的感覺，並打破彼此隔閡。這也是「影像無國界」的宗旨，讓彼此得到關注、分享更多元的聲音！

🌟𝑪𝙤𝒎𝙢𝒖𝙣𝒊𝙩𝒚 𝑮𝙪𝒊𝙙𝒆𝙙 𝙏𝒐𝙪𝒓 𝒙 𝑯𝙪𝒎𝙖𝒏 𝑳𝙞𝒃𝙧𝒂𝙧𝒚
Two sessions of ALL ABOUT US's Community Cultural Experience Programme - Community Guided Tour in Wan Chai - have been successfully completed! We extend our gratitude to the Hi! Strangers programme of The Salvation Army and our Pakistani youth docent, Harris, who guided participants through the Wan Chai district. The tour included stops at Southorn Playground, Lockhart Road, Lockhart Road Market, and Gloucester Road Garden, where Harris shared his personal stories and the challenges he faced while growing up in Hong Kong. At the end of the tour, everyone enjoyed a refreshing yogurt drink, Lassi, prepared by Harris, while listening to his insights about the Mosque in Wan Chai during the Human Library sessions.
In the conclusion, Harris hopes that the citizens of Hong Kong will take the initiative to explore and understand the diverse cultures of other countries and ethnic minorities. This exploration may provide a sense of relief and break down the bubbles between each other. This aligns with the mission of ALL ABOUT US, which aims to break down the boundaries of race, nationality, language, gender, and let the voices of diversity be heard.
