Storytelling, reading and writing are integral parts of the learning process and so the active and passive parts of any language eventually become anchored to grammar, the bedrock of proficiency and further development. Each of my students are enabled to develop their abilities naturally, at their own pace. Fear is dispelled, removing obstacles and showing the correct way ahead. In a studious environment that is quiet and sympathetic, the students become confident. Improvement is always noticed and the students are regularly rewarded when goals are achieved through more concentration, effort and practice. I believe in treating students as individuals with innate ability. My task is to help them realise what they can do and to realise their full potential. It is important for their continuing development that they enjoy the learning process.
