It's back! Last year I led a Family Halloween Parkour event at Trybe, and this year we're doing it again.
It was so popular last year that we had to do it twice to meet demand! So this year you have two days to choose from.

This event will feature fun games and obstacle-based challenges for parents and kids to do together!

Sign up for either Saturday, October 29th or Sunday the 30th here: https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/ASP/main_enroll.asp?studioid=486206&tg=33&vt=&lvl=&stype=-8&view=week&trn=100000051&page=&catid=&prodid=&date=10%2f29%2f22&classid=0&prodGroupId=&sSU=&optForwardingLink=&qParam=&justloggedin=&nLgIn=&pMode=0&loc=1

Tragedy in the local community yesterday. Let’s lend support to the family if able.

My sympathies go out to the family and friends.

And that wraps up this year’s Balance Marathon for mental health. This year my students and I collectively balanced a total distance of 3.4km. Some were group lessons, some private lessons, some outdoors, some indoors, and not all were filmed. I just want to give a big thank you and well done to everyone who participated anywhere in the world, but especially my students who really went at it with perseverance and a good attitude!

Balance Marathon 3 - a million steps for mental health has begun! This is a worldwide group marathon to support mental health through parkour. I’ll be balancing in a variety of places throughout the week, and all my students will be contributing as well, but day one was at . This is a global event designed to inspire others to donate to

I did each of these setups multiple times while moving Jenga blocks from one side to the other as counters so in total I did 35 traversals equaling 210m. Just getting started though.

I can’t resist a bouldering problem with a lache. Couldn’t figure out how to get the next section (it’s the hardest part so far) but I’ll come back and figure it out.
