代謝訓練如何幫助增強肌肉和燃燒脂肪?

代謝訓練是高強度的無氧運動,會讓你喘不過氣。如果您正在完成新陳代謝鍛煉,但呼吸不困難且出汗,則表示有問題。理想情況下,您應該在間歇期中盡可能地舉重或進行盡可能多的自重重複,中間很少休息。

工作能力是指在規定時間內完成一定量工作的能力。你在更短的時間內完成的工作越多,你產生的能量就越多。能量是獲得苗條、健康身體的關鍵因素,因為能量的產生會觸發人類生長激素 (HGH) 的自然釋放。

HGH 將脂肪代謝為身體用於肌肉生長的能量。簡單地說,你在減少脂肪的同時獲得了緻密的肌肉。HGH 還可以增強肌肉中的蛋白質合成,使肌肉變得更強更大。女士們,請別擔心……除非您選擇使用類固醇,否則您永遠不會透過此計劃增重。這不是我所贊同的。
