The Hong Kong Archive of Language Learning (HALL) is a University Grants Committee-funded language project led by Department of English, City University of Hong Kong, in collaboration with Hong Kong University and the Hong Kong Institute of Education. The project aims to develop an online platform that collects, archives and disseminates Hong Kong English learners' stories about how they learn and use English.
