CONGRATULATIONS and Well Done to all of the students who took part in the Trinity Exam on Sunday 22nd March at our Yau Ma Tei centre.

THE EXAMINER was impressed by the standard of English spoken, and with the well prepared topics presented. The hard work put in by the students and our teaching staff helped in achieving a 100% pass rate and all of those involved should be proud of their efforts.

Trinity exams test candidates' ability in listening and speaking. They are one-to-one oral examinations with a native English-speaking Trinity examiner who travels from the UK.

Ready To Learn is a testing centre, with examinations held every March and November. Ask our Academic Coordinators for further information regarding this exam.

SPRINGBOARD: Don’t forget!

RTL is launching our new course called Springboard.

The course is best used in conjunction with the RTL programme and has the aim of helping build the functional English skills required at school, at work and in other aspects of day-to-day life.

Illustrations are used throughout to support the wide variety of activity types included, ranging from simple word reading and letter formation exercises to complex writing tasks requiring considerable precision and attention to detail.

Springboard provides many different contexts in which students are required to apply their knowledge, skills and understanding, giving them valuable practice and preparing them for full literacy.

The course is suitable for RTL Levels 5-11 and a free assessment is required. The enquire at the front desk for details.
