Ms Panda F Y Ngai has been a Board Certified Music Therapist in the United States since 1999. Shenandoah University in Wi******er VA, USA.

She graduated with double Master degrees in Music Education and Music Therapy from Shenandoah Conservatory. She was an instuctor for Shenandoah University teaching music and also taught in public schools for more than 12 years in the United States. Ms Panda is a lecturer at HK Institute of Vocational Education (Lee Wai Lee) for the Department of Child Education and Community Services. She is also a music therapist at Kau Yan Primary school and kindergarten
