如何好好老去？【怕老讀書會及作者對談🧓🏻👵🏻】
你想像過在香港養老嗎？

📚本次讀書會邀請到《怕老》作者兼社企「大銀」 大銀 Big Silver 創辦人陳曉蕾，一齊從書中日常生活情節開始，例如處理銀行事務、日常照護或是「被照護」，長者雖然病咗，但喺面對日常生活事務時能有幾大自主程度？我哋將深入討論如何透過認識法律、醫療層面嘅權利，嚟思考如何係老年生活仍做到「知情選擇」👵🏻
回到日常生活中，社區有甚麼資源或網絡可以令長者生活得更自主？實驗室團隊和曉蕾將帶領討論，反思連結者和社會處方在晚年生活中發揮什麼角色。
