Quality w**e education is never an accident; it is always the result of intelligent effort. It is the Institute’s philosophy that w**e knowledge be passed on to students by only those professionals with credible background and experience. With Satellite Teaching Centres, Tasting Room Facilitites and administrative support offered from OUHK, PUHK, Dap Modern European Restaurants(Jordan),Towngas Flame Avenue Restaurants( Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay), Concord Institute of W**e aims to provide premium w**e infotainmnet and w**e education services.

學生透過學習交流，可以找到自己的方式去識別和表達對世界各地不同葡萄酒
的口味和感覺。
協和洋酒學院定期舉辦不同課程，由専業WSET證書課程到興趣品酒學習班，音樂品酒活動，都一一细心察劃，務求滿足各學員所需，並提供専業及稱心滿意的課程及服務。

4月25日, Concord W**es聯同Culture Shock 文薈館舉行了一場W**e Dinner. 與超過50位酒客一同窺探飲食配搭的藝術. 當晚有10款來自法國, 西班牙, 德國, 智利和澳洲的葡萄酒, 與由文薈館精心炮製的佳餚擦出道道火花. 當晚每一位客人都盡興而歸, 樂此不疲!

Concord W**es 藉此感謝Culture Shock文薈館提供優質的美食與用餐環境, 以及所有參加者的投入與支持.

Understand more about Bordeaux:

Bordeaux region is first broken down into Left Bank and Right Bank which describes a chateau’s location relative to the Gironde River. All of the chateau appearing in the 1855 Classification are from the Left Bank.

Right Bank has some remarkable w**eries including Chateau Cheval Blanc and the ever-pricy and highly regarded Chateau Petrus. The Right Bank first classified their chateau 100 years later in 1955.

1855 Classification's First Growth Chateau includes:

Chateau Lafite-Rothschild-Pauillac
Chateau Latour-Pauillac
Chateau Margaux-Margaux
Chateau Mouton Rothschild-Pauillac (promoted in 1973 from Second Growth)
Chateau Haut Brion-Pessac Léognan, Graves (only w**e in Classification not from Haut-Médoc)
