《大學》商機學二：「知止而後有定，定而後能靜。」靜者，審也丶謀也丶安也。簡言之；能夠真實地知道自己目標者才可以有明確的方向；有了明確的方向才可以安靜地審時度勢。

《大學》商機學一：「知止而後有定。」何謂知？有真知丶假知或自以為知。《論語》説得好：「知之為知之，不知為不知，是知也。」止者，目標也。定者，方向也。簡言之：能夠真實地知道自己目標者才可以有明確的方向。

尋找新商機之學：《大學》曰：「大學之道在明明德，在親民，在止於至善。」大學者，大人之學；徳者得也；民者，天下百姓；止者目標也。簡言之：能成大器之人，其終身目標是明白大衆所需。
