【四年級森林課程 正式開始】🌿

四年級嘅森林課程正式啟動！今天，老師與同學一同認識課程內容，老師們更以趣味方式自取「大自然名」，校長化身「駱駝校長」、彭主任化身「極光老師」，現場氣氛既溫馨又有趣。✨

隨後三班同學分組出發，走到校園內外不同角落進行觀察與體驗：有同學以顯微鏡細看樹葉紋理🔬，有同學靜心感受微風與陽光☀️，亦有同學傾聽鳥鳴並收集自然素材作創作準備🐦🎨。大家投入專注、處處流露好奇與驚喜，令今次首堂成為一個美好而難忘的開始。💚

我們期望透過一連串體驗活動，讓孩子親近並愛上大自然。敬請期待往後更多精彩內容！📸

［P4 Forest Programme Launched］🌿

Today our P4 Forest Programme kicked off! During the whole-class session, teachers and students got to know the course — and teachers even gave themselves playful “nature names”: the Principal transformed into “Camel Principal”, and Mr. Pang became “Aurora Teacher” — the atmosphere was warm and fun. ✨

Afterwards, the three classes set off in groups to explore different corners of the campus. Some students used microscopes to examine leaf textures🔬, some quietly felt the breeze and sunshine☀️, and others listened to birdsong and collected natural materials for future art projects🐦🎨. Everyone was fully engaged, curious and delighted — a wonderful and memorable start to the programme. 💚

We hope that through this series of hands‑on activities, our students will grow to love and respect nature. Stay tuned for more exciting sessions next week! 📸

The long-awaited first day of school is finally here! Today, our campus was once again filled with joyful laughter and vibrant energy as we warmly welcomed every student back to our big family to embark on an exciting learning journey together! 🌱

To kick off the new academic year with enthusiasm and encouragement, a series of wonderful activities took place today:

🐻 Warm Welcome: Students were greeted at the school entrance by our energetic Worship Team and beloved mascot, Dexter, spreading positivity and cheer right from the start.

🎁 Tokens of Care: The Principal warmly distributed back-to-school gifts to each student, sharing heartfelt blessings for a fruitful and fulfilling year ahead.

📸 Memorable Class Photos: The Principal visited every classroom for group photos, capturing radiant smiles and precious memories on the first day.

⛪ Opening Ceremony & Principal’s Address: During the solemn yet inspiring opening ceremony, the Principal shared words of wisdom, encouraging students to set goals, embrace new challenges, and live out the spirit of love and excellence.

📝 Homeroom Time: Class teachers guided students through classroom routines and setting up their student handbooks, helping them settle in and prepare for productive learning habits.

【亞小開學日 First Day of Asbury｜留意哪隻英熊迎接你上學！】

歡迎各位同學於9月1日回到亞小！🎒✨
新學期即將展開，很高興再次見到大家😊。明天，大家記得留意一下，究竟會是哪一隻可愛的「英熊」在校門迎接你們上學呢？🐻🌟

請留意以下「開學適應周」重要事項：
• 9月1日至9月4日為開學適應周，實施半天上課（08:05–12:45），暫不設午膳🍱。同學只需攜帶輕便背包、暑期學習任務和文具，家長請預備健康小食及足夠飲用水💧。
• 9月7日正式全日上課（08:05–15:30），逢星期三放學時間為14:55，下午安排校本特色課程🏃‍♂️🎨。

入校與考勤提醒：
• 入校時間是07:45–08:05，小一新生於稍後時間將陸續收到智能卡，入校時請記得拍卡點名🛎️，遲到須登記。
• 校門設有量度體溫措施，請大家配合🙆‍♀️。
• 家長可透過 eClass Parent App 查看學生考勤紀錄，考勤以學校 eClass 系統為準📱。

The new school term is about to begin, and it’s a pleasure to see everyone again 😊. Keep an eye out tomorrow—can you guess which of our lovely bears will be waiting at the school gate to welcome you? 🐻🌟

Please take note of the important information for the “Adjustment Week”:
• Adjustment Week will take place from September 1 to September 4, with half-day classes (08:05–12:45). Lunch will not be provided during this period 🍱. Students only need to bring a light backpack, summer learning tasks and stationery; parents should prepare healthy snacks and adequate drinking water 💧.
• Full-day classes will officially begin on September 7 (08:05–15:30). On Wednesdays, dismissal will be at 14:55, with school-based curriculum arranged in the afternoon 🏃‍♂️🎨.

Arrival and Attendance Reminders:
• The school gate is open from 07:45–08:05. Primary One students will receive their smart cards later; please remember to tap your card for attendance 🛎️. Late arrivals must be registered.
• Temperature checks are conducted at the school entrance; please cooperate 🙆‍♀️.
• Parents can check student attendance records via the eClass Parent App, with the school’s eClass system as the official record 📱.

【小一新生體驗日回顧】 🎒✨

8 月尾，臨近開學，準小一生應該已經準備好迎接校園新生活了。
回顧早前舉行的小一新生體驗日，同學們先參觀校園，認識老師，感受亞小的學習環境。🏫💙

活動期間，孩子們親手製作小手工，遊玩校內運動設施，亦認識了新同學，大家都投入又開心。🖍️🤝
這次體驗日不但讓準小一生對小學生活有更深認識，也為他們即將展開的新旅程打下美好基礎。🌟

As August draws to a close and the new school year is about to begin, our Primary 1 newcomers are surely ready to start their school life.
Looking back on the earlier Experience Day, the students toured the campus, met their teachers, and got to know Asbury’s learning environment. 🏫💙

During the activity, the children made small handcrafts, played on the school’s sports facilities, and made new friends. 🖍️🤝
This Experience Day not only helped our Primary 1 newcomers learn more about primary school life, but also gave them a wonderful foundation for the exciting journey ahead. 🌟
