All on-campus activities and face-to-face classes will be suspended and only online mode will be available. Students are advised to refer to their respective course communication for details.

And in light of the latest developments of COVID-19, our business hours will be temporarily adjusted as follows:

Now until 31 March 2022
Monday – Friday 11am – 8pm
Saturday, Sunday 9am – 6pm
Public holiday Closed

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and consider further adjustments to business hours as necessary. You are advised to contact us at 2526 3686 before arranging your visit.

Implementation of Vaccine Bubble

Effective from 24 February 2022, Kaplan Hong Kong will be required to follow the “vaccine bubble” arrangement for Schools mandated by the Education Bureau.

Visitors^ entering our campus will be required to scan the LeaveHomeSafe QR code and present their vaccination records at our customer service counter at G/F.

The above arrangement does not apply to students.

^Visitors refer to students’ parents, caregivers, friends or family members whether representing or accompanying students entering Kaplan campus or prospective students who did not enroll any Kaplan courses before.

[Special Notice]

On 14 February 2022, we were informed of one confirmed case of COVID-19 infection concerning a part time staff who last returned to our campus on 11 February. Our campus and office will be closed from 15 – 17 February (both days inclusive) for cleaning and disinfection and counter service will resume at 11am on 18 February (Friday).

All on-campus activities and face-to-face classes will be suspended from 15-28 Feb (both days inclusive). During this period only online mode will be available. Students are advised to refer to their respective course communication for details.

SPECIAL NOTICE

In light of the latest development of the COVID-19 pandemic, please take note of the following arrangements of the School:
Please wear a mask at all times while on campus:
1. Body temperature screening will be conducted at campus entrances and anyone who is found to have developed a fever or displayed any symptoms of sickness will be advised to seek medical consultation and not to enter the campus.
2. If you have travelled abroad within last 14 days, you will be advised not to come to campus;
3. Our media lab and study room services are temporarily suspended until further notice; and
4. Since the development of COVID-19 around the world is changing rapidly, you are also advised to strictly follow the Government's guidelines and instructions to keep up your personal hygiene and help control the spread of the disease.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused of these measures. We hope all students will stay healthy and for all of us to respect the health of other fellow students and staff.
