After six months of training, our student has finished his first time competition in and won gold medal in 82kg white belt adult category via one by submission and one by decision.
我哋其中一位學員經過六個月訓練後，首次參加由香港柔術總會舉辦嘅成人白帶82公斤組別，並透過一場判決勝及一場降服勝獲得首名金牌。

巴西柔術好適合小朋友從小學習，對手腳協調、肢體控制、反應、速度、力量⋯••都好有幫助。我哋會以愉快、健康、知性嘅互動訓練同小學員一齊變強，邊學邊玩，將巴西柔術基本動作同招式融入實際應用，發揮小學員嘅大宇宙。我哋亦主力教授成人巴西柔術、綜合格鬥、摔跤等現代搏擊運動，以「專業系統化，食腦唔盲打」嘅方式，進行小組或一對一訓練。Brazilian Jiujitsu is not only for adults, but also a great sport for kids. It is beneficial for coordination, body control, movements, reactions, speed and strength growth for children. We aim to provide effective learning to students with interactive training methods.
