✅ 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢: Build personalised Gems trained on your context, workflows and resources, with secure access to Google Workspace for more contextual interactions.
✅ 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐬: shifts AI from prompting to orchestration. From Read → Analyse → Draft → Review → Publish, participants explored how workflows can be automated through integrations, connectors, and scheduling capabilities while keeping you in control of key decisions.
✅ 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐆𝐏𝐓 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐱 + 𝐎𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧: Create a knowledge ecosystem that draws on your notes, documents and thinking patterns, not just public web knowledge.

The workshop also introduced tools including 𝐂𝐨𝐳𝐞, 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐲 𝐀𝐈, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐭𝐲.

Senior Executive Director 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐧𝐢𝐬 and Executive Director 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧 reconnected with alumni to discuss emerging market opportunities, talent trends and Japan’s dynamic commercial landscape — reinforcing how the HKU MBA network continues to transcend industries, borders and generations.
