【名家筆陣：學習駕馭AI提升使用效能】
近一兩年，人工智能（AI）大語言模型（LLM）的訓練，從基於人類反饋的強化學習（RLHF），演變成了結合基於可驗證獎勵的強化學習（RLVR），加上檢索增強（RAG）、思維鏈（CoT）和監督微調（SFT）等方法，使現在的生成式AI大模型可以像人類一樣會反思、會糾錯，甚至會停下來想一想，令生成式AI降低了模型幻覺的概率，在解決複雜數學問題和代碼生成等方面，有很大的能力提升。即使如此，AI仍會在語義理解上，表現出不可預測性。

On 29 May 2026, HKCS iLEAP members presented the iAM Smart – CorpID research project.

iLEAP members demonstrated truly amazing work — diving deep into a complex and critically important topic, bringing fresh perspectives, rigorous research, and actionable insights that added real value to the conversation around digital identity in Hong Kong. Through this journey, they gained invaluable experience in navigating real-world policy challenges, collaborating across diverse stakeholders, and translating strategy into practical recommendations — skills that will define the next generation of IT leaders.

We were honored to have Mr Benny Leung (DPO) and Mr Garmen Chen (KPMG) as guest judges, and extend special thanks to HKT for providing the venue.

This research presentation is a testament to how HKCS iLEAP empowers future IT leaders to tackle complex challenges head-on, while equipping them with the vision and capabilities to drive Hong Kong's digital transformation.

Over the past month, 23 HKCS iLEAP members ran 5 volunteering sessions, training Love 21 members and caregivers on web apps — bridging the digital divide for those who need it most.

What this means for our community:
