Not much longer till courts open up.
Coaching can start back up as well.
The post season has started in the NBA as well and there's a chance for some upsets, but I see the bucks going all the way again.

When youβre not practicing, someone else is getting better

Kyrie has been cleared for home games as well.
This improves the chances of the Nets going far in the playoffs greatly. The Nets have had an up and down season even when Kyrie has been on the court. But having a guy like him on your team in the playoffs who can get you a bucket in the clutch like he's proven throughout his career is huge for them.
It will also be interesting to see if Ben Simmons joins the lineup anytime soon and if that improves their chemistry or not.

Zion has played only 85 games in 3 season. He's had a reoccurring foot injury and his weight definitely can't be helping. One of the the most talented guys we've seen in the last couple years, he was averaging 27pts on 61% shooting in his second season.
He looks to be getting better after a clip of him dunking was posted but there is still no timeline on when he returns.
Will this be a Greg Oden situation or will he turn into an all time great?

Eagerly waiting for someone to score so I can finally jump in and get a gameπ

One thing that I would practice if I had a partner or not was shooting in different situations.
Whether it's off the dribble or a catch and shoot, repeat each one over and over again. So when you're in a game, there's no hesitation and you feel comfortable regardless.

There's nothing like being on a court alone βΉπΎββοΈ
Playing pickup was always great fun but there's something about just practicing on your own. It was one of the best ways to get away from everything else in life and just purely focus on one thing.

Man do I miss playing π
This is the longest period of time since I started hoopin that I haven't touched a basketball by far.
Definitely miss that sweet nothing but net sound and playing pick up with friends. Hope everyone is doing well and we can get back to normal life soon πͺπΎ

MVP π
The MVP race is getting tighter as the season draws to an end.
Jokic and Embiid are likey to be leading at the moment but not far behind is Giannis, DeRozan and Ja.
I want to specifically single out Ja, who has had a incredible breakout season averaging 27pts, 6rbs and 6.6asts as a 22yr old while leading the grizzlies to the 3rd seed in the west. He's also getting better as the season goes along, recently having a 3 game stretch where he scored 46, 52 and 38 consecutively.
He may not be able to make up the ground to be MVP this year but definitely has the potential to be there in years to come.

Playoffs?
It's looking more and more likely that the lakers are on their way to an much earlier end to the season than planned.
At 27-35 with only 20 games left and barely holding on to the 10th seed, it's been a steep downhill slope for them in 2022. Since Jan 16th they have a record of 6-16, with AD out and Westbrook playing well below his standards, it's tough to see light at the end of the tunnel.
Will they make the playoffs? What will they do with Westbrook?
