We invite you and your little ones to be immersed, through sensory play and process art, into the world of a different artist each month!
“Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once they grow up.” - Pablo Picasso
This month, we will dive into the vibrant and imaginative world of Pablo Picasso. We will celebrate Picasso’s groundbreaking approach to modern art through invitations to create art, sensory play, loose parts play, and collaborative process art, showcasing his profound influence on the art landscape. Children will have the opportunity to experiment with shapes, colours, and forms, channeling Picasso’s dynamic, abstract, and playful style. As we explore his artistic techniques, we will encourage little ones to create their own unique pieces that express their creativity and emotions, much like Picasso’s revolutionary paintings and sculptures.

We love a portrait… if I ask you send a photo of your little one before an Art in the Park this is why! It’s also a lovely way for the children to feel welcomed to the event when they see their photo is already waiting for them 💛
