傅磊先生现任 深圳垂魔方卫星科技有限公叞MagicCubeSat)高级垂场䞻管是䞭囜新倪空领域快速厛起的产䞚化力量之䞀。

他圚航倩领域具有五幎经验熟悉卫星分系统䞎埮小卫星平台Bus并凭藉早幎圚金融行䞚的背景圢成兌具技术理解䞎商䞚视角的跚界胜力胜借从垂场、投资䞎产䞚铟角床解读新倪空发展。

圚公叞创始人兌董事长 䞁区区 的垊领䞋魔方卫星 以「打造人人郜甚埗起的卫星」䞺䜿呜圢成了具有深圳特色的工䞚化、规暡化、䟛应铟深床敎合的卫星制造暡匏。

魔方卫星是 「倩目䞀号」气象星座的共同研制方之䞀该星座由纊 50–70 公斀级的埮小气象卫星组成目前已有 22 颗圚蜚运行提䟛商䞚气象数据服务。公叞曎以 10 倩 12 星 的发射纪圕展瀺其真正的批量化卫星生产胜力。

面对未来的巚型星座、蜚道蟹猘计算、倪空数据䞭心等新兎架构傅磊先生垊来的是「䞊枞视角」芁实现这些愿景必须䟝赖可靠、可规暡化、可量产的卫星制造胜力而这正是魔方卫星的栞心䌘势。

𝗠𝗿. 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗭𝗵𝗌𝘂 (呚䌯陜先生) is the founder of 𝗊𝗜𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗭𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗵, a Hong Kong–based 𝗔𝗜‑𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗜𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗌𝗺𝗜𝗮𝗻𝘆 developing 𝗔𝗎𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 for next‑generation 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗎𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. His work focuses on enabling satellites and orbital networks to operate as 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗌𝗻𝗌𝗺𝗌𝘂𝘀, 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗌𝗺𝗜𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗻𝗌𝗱𝗲𝘀.

Brian graduated from the 𝗔𝗲𝗿𝗌𝘀𝗜𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗌𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗌𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 (𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗖𝗔𝗊) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Before founding Space Zenith, he served as 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗊𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗌𝗹𝗌𝗎𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗌𝘂𝗜, a commercial aerospace enterprise spun out of AIRCAS that builds satellites and delivers global 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗌𝗻 (𝗘𝗢) data services.

Note: 𝗘𝗢 refers to 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲‑𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗎 𝗌𝗳 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵’𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝗌𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗌𝘀𝗜𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲, the foundation of climate monitoring, disaster response, and geospatial intelligence.

At AIRSAT, Brian led 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗌𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗜𝘀 across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, working on 𝗘𝗢 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗌𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗌𝗻, 𝗜𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗌𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗎𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗌𝗻, and 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲‑𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀. This frontline experience exposed him to the sector’s biggest bottleneck: 𝗘𝗢 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘃𝗌𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗎𝗿𝗌𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗎 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗎𝗿𝗌𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗿𝗌𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗌𝗿 𝗱𝗌𝘄𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗞.

This is why Brian now focuses on 𝗔𝗎𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 + 𝗌𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗌𝗺𝗜𝘂𝘁𝗲. His vision is to connect Chinese and international partners through an 𝗔𝗜‑𝗌𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗜𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 where satellites can 𝗜𝗿𝗌𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗌𝗻 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗌𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁, enabling real‑time Earth Intelligence. His work positions Space Zenith at the intersection of 𝗘𝗢, 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗌𝗻𝗌𝗺𝗌𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗎𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, and 𝘀𝗜𝗮𝗰𝗲‑𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀 — the technologies shaping the next decade of the space economy.

匵教授斌矎國受教育早幎圚史䞹犏倧孞參與 NASA 資助的 Gravity Probe‑B 衛星蚈劃擔任研究科孞家。其埌斌矜谷兩家䞻芁醫療科技公叞埞事攟射治療系統研癌擁有倚項矎國專利䞊著有兩本埮波技術專曞。

他曟圚銙枯工䜜十幎擔任 HKPC銙枯生產力促進局電子郚瞜經理其埌出任某消費電子䌁業執行副瞜裁。

2020–2023 幎期間他亊擔任銙枯倧孞物理系倪空科孞碩士課皋兌任教授。

𝗔𝗯𝗌𝘂𝘁 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗌𝗻𝘆 𝗡𝗲𝗌𝗵

Dr. Anthony Neoh is a senior member of the Hong Kong Bar specialising in international litigation, arbitration, and financial regulatory matters. He served as Chairman of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) from 1995–1998, during which he became the first Asian elected Chairman of the Technical Committee of IOSCO, the International Organization of Securities Commissions.

Dr. Neoh was the chief architect of the legal structure enabling the listing of Chinese enterprises in Hong Kong. From 1999 to 2004, he served as Chief Advisor to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, at the personal invitation of former Premier Zhu Rongji. His distinguished public service also includes his role as Chairman of the Hong Kong Independent Police Complaints Council (2018–2021).

He continues to hold pivotal roles, including Member of the HKMA Preparatory Committee for the Finance Academy and Co‑Chairman of The China Securitization Forum. He also serves as Chairman of the South China International Arbitration Center (HK).

Dr. Neoh’s profound expertise in cross‑border legal and regulatory frameworks brings an invaluable perspective to the discussion on arbitration and regulatory governance in the newspace era.

Global headlines are buzzing about SpaceX ’s recent FCC filing for a constellation of up to one million satellites, an unprecedented orbital data-centre network that would represent one of the most ambitious engineering challenges ever proposed.

Backed by NVIDIA and Sequoia, Starcloud in the US is emerging as a leading private builder of orbital data centres and is targeting an 88,000‑satellite constellation. As terrestrial data-centre infrastructure strains under rising energy costs and physical limits, orbital edge computing is rapidly emerging as a strategic frontier.

Prof. Stephen W. Cheung is the 𝗛𝗌𝗻𝗌𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗊𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗌𝗳 𝗢𝗔𝗊𝗔. He will provide the 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝗌𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁 on the rapidly evolving landscape of 𝗌𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲.

Since his October 2024 session, the global picture has shifted dramatically. 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗌𝗜𝗲 has validated the 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 of space‑based data centres, confirmed their 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗌𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗎𝗲𝘀, and begun preparing for the 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻‑𝗌𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗌𝗻𝘀 launching in 2026. At the same time, 𝗊𝗜𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗫 has entered the race, filing in early 2026 for a 𝗌𝗻𝗲‑𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗌𝗻‑𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲 “𝗢𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗊𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺”, designed to operate between 𝟱𝟬𝟬–𝟮,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗞𝗺, powered by 𝗵𝗶𝗎𝗵‑𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗱𝘁𝗵 𝗌𝗜𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗞𝘀 and 𝘀𝗌𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗎𝘆. With Europe moving toward 𝗶𝗺𝗜𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗌𝗻 and SpaceX proposing the world’s largest 𝗌𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗌𝗺𝗜𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗌𝗿𝗞, the transition from 𝗰𝗌𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗜𝘁 𝘁𝗌 𝗰𝗌𝗺𝗜𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗌𝗻 is now unmistakable — making Prof. Cheung’s return to 𝗊𝗜𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗕𝗶𝘇 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗌𝗎𝘂𝗲𝘀 both timely and essential.

Educated in the U.S., Prof. Cheung began his career as a research scientist at a 𝗡𝗔𝗊𝗔‑𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗌𝗯𝗲‑𝗕 satellite programme at 𝗊𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗳𝗌𝗿𝗱 𝗚𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆. He later worked in two major 𝗊𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗌𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗌𝗺𝗜𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 specialising in 𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗌𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗜𝘆 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀. He holds several 𝗚.𝗊. 𝗜𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 related to X‑rays and is the author of two books on 𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗌𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗌𝗹𝗌𝗎𝘆.

Prof. Cheung has previously worked in Hong Kong for 10 years. He was 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗎𝗲𝗿 𝗌𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗌𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗌𝗻 𝗮𝘁 HKPC - Hong Kong Productivity Council — and later served as 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 of a consumer electronics company.

He also served as 𝗔𝗱𝗷𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗌𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗌𝗿 for the MSc programme in 𝗊𝗜𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗊𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 at 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗌𝗳 𝗛𝗌𝗻𝗎 𝗞𝗌𝗻𝗎 from 2020 to 2023.

This recognition elevates #𝗊𝗗𝗊𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 onto the region’s premier astronomy and space‑science stage, underscoring the growing global importance of orbital sustainability, debris mitigation, and responsible space operations.

As part of this endorsement, 𝗊𝗗𝗊 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 will be integrated directly into the 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮‑𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝗎𝗶𝗌𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗔𝗚 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗎 (𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗠) 🔭— the largest astronomy conference in the Asia‑Pacific, organised under the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗌𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗌𝗻𝗌𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗻𝗶𝗌𝗻 (𝗜𝗔𝗚) and hosted by the 𝗛𝗞𝗚 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗌𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗌𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗌𝗿 𝗊𝗜𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 (𝗟𝗊𝗥). From 𝟰–𝟎 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, APRIM will bring hundreds of astronomers, engineers, and space‑science leaders to the 𝗛𝗌𝗻𝗎 𝗞𝗌𝗻𝗎 𝗖𝗌𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗌𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗌𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 (𝗛𝗞𝗖𝗘𝗖) — and 𝗊𝗗𝗊 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 will now stand as a major, institutionally recognised component of the programme.

Supported by 𝗜𝗔𝗔, 𝗚𝗡𝗢𝗢𝗊𝗔, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗣𝗙𝗟, 𝗊𝗗𝗊 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 will convene at HKCEC alongside APRIM’s scientific tracks, providing an expanded, internationally credible platform for researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders shaping the future of sustainable space activity.

To enable broader participation, the 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗌 𝟮𝟬 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.
