Green Monday is a social start-up group which aims to reduce global food scarce and climate change with low carbon vegetarian meal and sustainable living simple. Under this concept, the promotion of Green Monday in City University’s campus can push up ‘Begin from ourselves, Stop cruelty to animals’ and ‘Protection of our environment’.
