Professor Robert Couchman share with you the difference between the two master courses, MSc Real Estate and MSc Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management partnered with . When Professor Robert plans the course, he hopes to match 's outstanding academic achievements with Hong Kong's real estate and construction industry professionals.
According to Professor Robert’s Hong Kong teaching experiences, he noticed that Hong Kong students are different from British students. Most British students are young and have progressed from undergraduate studies to post-graduate studies.
Most Hong Kong students have completed secondary school and have extensive real estate related working experiences. Hong Kong students do not mind sharing his/her insights and experience in class, which is beneficial to other students who are attended the course. partnered with 's to launch the MSc Real Estate and MSc Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management Master's courses that are practical because it includes local case studies and expert experience sharing. It offers basics knowledge, plus allows the students to practice in a real-life environment.
