I am amazed to learn that the Big boss Mr. Ronald is actually a senior Aikido instructor with decades of experience!

Both Aikido and WingTsun emphasize circular movement to redirect, blend with, and neutralize an opponent's momentum. While linear, direct entries are used to enter an attack, they immediately transition into circular or spinning motions, using rotational energy to break balance rather than opposing force directly.

Sensei Ronald ‘s understanding of Aikido is so deeply that he could actually apply its philosophy into management of a companies, corporates and organisations.

No wonder I could feel the great bonding , high spirit , positive energy and harmony in the HSBC Life team !
