參加者由零開始學睇紙樣，親自裁剪牛仔布同埋恤衫布，再逐步掌握縫紉技巧，理解布點樣縫合先最穩陣。最後每個人都成功車出屬於自己嘅牛仔咭套！✨

【HKFYG × Chinachem Group x Dress Green - 2025/26 Upcycled Clothing Workshop Volunteering】
Last week, we had an "Upcycled Denim Card Holder Workshop" together! 🧵♻️
Participants started from scratch — learning how to read patterns, cutting denim and shirt fabrics, then gradually mastering sewing techniques and understanding how to piece fabrics together properly. In the end, everyone successfully stitched their very own upcycled denim card holder! ✨
All the fabrics used in the workshop were recycled materials, giving old clothes a second life 💚

Thank you to Tzu Chi Environmental Action Center and the College of Professional and Continuing Education (CPCE), Hong Kong Polytechnic University, for the invitation! 🧵 ✨

We completed this workshop together — using denim fabric collected by Dress Green from second-hand jeans 👖

After Emma shared the realities of fashion pollution, everyone got hands-on cutting up old fabric and sewing practical, one-of-a-kind denim card holders 💳💚

Sustainability is change that we create with our own hands! 🌍♻️

【CityUHK X Dress Green: Eco-Friendly Paracord/ Fabric Strap Workshop】
This week, we had a wonderful time with students from at our eco-friendly fabric strap workshop! 🧵✨
The fabrics used came from discarded uniforms, carefully cut by individuals in mental health recovery. With their creativity, the students gave these materials a second life, turning waste into meaningful accessories ♻️
