Nik came to me wanting to lose some body fat and build muscle, this was achieved as he dropped from 25%BF to 15%BF whilst dramatically increasing his strength πͺ
Besides from his visual changes, Nikβs health also drastically improved as we were able to bring his blood pressure down to a healthy level whilst also improving his mental health. For me these are by far the most important changes someone can make to their lives β€οΈ
Nik is a keen cyclist and noticed his power and strength whilst cycling had immensely improved and now he is able to cycle faster and longer, beating all his friends! π΄ββοΈ
