Recently at Assembly we welcomed Kenny from Love Recycling Plus, who helped launch our new recycling initiative. Driven by our Student Council and supported by our soon‑to‑begin Sustainability Squad, this work strengthens our commitment to showing care and kindness not only for each other, but for the environment we share

A huge thanks to our incredible new parent gardening team! 🌿🌻 Your hard work is keeping our rooftop garden blooming, and we’re grateful for the way you’ve been mentoring our students and helping them grow their gardening skills.
Want to get your hands dirty and inspire our young growers? We’d love for more parents to join the team! DM us to get involved. 👩🌾✨

Our Year 5 singers had a fantastic time at the Island Side Rehearsal for the ESF Choir Concert, singing with pupils from other ESF Primary Schools, polishing harmonies, and sharing lots of enthusiasm. A special moment was Mr Benzie conducting one of the pieces, guiding our students with confidence and warmth.
Catch their performance at Queen Elizabeth Stadium, we’re so proud of their teamwork and excited to see them perform on April 28th and 29th.

What a way to finish Term 2! The orchestra filled the hall with beautiful music, our cheerleaders absolutely wowed the crowd, sports awards celebrated grit and teamwork, the choirs sang with heart, and the Crafty Artisans presented stunning creations.
A huge congratulations to every student who performed, competed, or presented today — your energy and dedication made this final assembly before the holiday truly special.
Thank you to our teachers, coaches, and families for all your support. Thanks also to our new tech crew members who helped keep the lights and sound running for the assembly today. Happy Easter everyone!

We had the privilege of welcoming a truly special guest today! Tito Lopes attended Glenealy in the 1960s and kindly stopped by for a visit. We were honoured to welcome him and his lovely wife Jane—our students escorted him on a school tour, and then he enjoyed an interview with our Y6 learners.
Hearing Tito’s incredible stories of school life back then was truly wonderful. Thank you for sharing your memories with us, Tito—we loved every moment!

🌳 What an incredible achievement in just one day! We worked together to create a wonderful new space to learn in the great outdoors! We build a pond, planted beautiful fruit trees, and positioned some natural outdoor furniture. We even had our first visitor…Gary the Snail! 🐌
